Director of Housekeeping
I began my career with Benchmark at Deloitte University (DU) in November of 2012. I was pointed down this path by a close friend who worked here for many years. I have held multiple positions throughout my time at DU and started off my journey as an Event Setup Attendant then progressed into the following roles: Event Setup Supervisor, Assistant Conference Floor Manager, Assistant Manager of Front Office, Front Service Manager, Conference Floor Manager, Assistant Director of Housekeeping and now I am the Director of Housekeeping.
I have been fortunate enough to not only grow professionally but personally as I have progressed through my roles at DU. The mentorship I have been offered from my leadership throughout my career has been unparalleled to anything I have seen elsewhere. I have met lifelong friends, people I consider family and even my wife while working for Benchmark. This property and its amazing culture have truly positively impacted my life and continues to do so.
Benchmark is not only committed to growing and teaching but for recognizing accomplishments along the way. I have been fortunate enough to be awarded with Employee of the Month, Manager of the Quarter and Benchmark’s Best of the Best Award. I look forward to my continued career with Benchmark and working to grow the team members as I have been.
